Will you get arrested with me in D.C.?

Or join me on the sidewalk?

Dear Friends,

On January 22 at 8:45 a.m., (the day before the March for Life) participants in Rescue Resurrection will gather outside HHS headquarters at 200 Independence Ave SW in Washington, D.C. Our purpose is simple: to call on federal leadership, including Secretary Kennedy and the Trump Administration, to take decisive action to restrict and ultimately ban the abortion pill. Multiple activists, leaders and groups are already committed to participate. (List to be published online ASAP.)

The center of the abortion battle has dramatically shifted. Today, the primary driver in this genocide is the abortion pill - regulated, expanded, and normalized at the federal level - through the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

63 percent of abortions now occur chemically. HHS removed long-standing safety protections and enabled abortion by mail, often without medical oversight. The result is the horrifying loss of millions unborn lives, and the isolation and marring of women. This is why we must demonstrate for the unborn at HHS.

This demonstration will be a peaceful, prayerful, nonviolent protest.

There are three ways you can participate.

First, you can join us on the sidewalk, holding signs, singing, and praying.

Second, some of us will participate in peaceful civil disobedience by sitting at the entrance and refusing to move when ordered, accepting arrest without resistance. (See below: those who are arrested will all be released immediately, with no further ramifications.)

Third, you can forward this invitation to other pro-lifers you know. You can help by RECRUITING others to join us. Please, please, please...ask a friend to join us.

This will be a timely, sober, courageous act of Christian witness against the murder pill, and in defense of babies and mothers.

And we will garner an enormous amount of media coverage for the babies. We will send a clear message of justice for the babies in the public square, and be heard loud and clear inside HHS and the federal government.

It is long past time for the pro-life movement to revive Rescue - the spirit of repentance for our failure to act more boldly - and the deliberate strategy of creating social tension for the babies. We have such a window now under the Trump administration.

Jesus told us we must sacrifice; that we must deny ourselves, take up our cross, and follow Him. For Christians, sacrifice is not an accessory to faith. Sacrifice and obedience are the requirement of faith. When the voiceless are ignored and injustice is normalized, faith that never risks anything is hollow at best.

If you are an Operation Rescue veteran, join us! If you have never been arrested, join us on the sidewalk, and watch it unfold! You will never be the same, and you will understand more than ever why actions like this will help create the political and cultural momentum we must have to end the killing.

Participating in this action is one small way of bearing personal cost on behalf of those who cannot speak or stand for themselves. It is an act of solidarity with the unborn and a public confession that their lives matter more than our comfort, reputation, or convenience.

For ease of mind and clarity: Washington, D.C. has a “post-and-forfeit” policy for peaceful protesters. Participants are briefly processed, issued a citation, and released after posting a modest fine, typically $50 to $100. No further court appearances are required. And it does NOT create an “arrest record” or "criminal record" for participants!

The law specifically states: "The resolution of a criminal charge using the post-and-forfeit procedure is not a conviction of a crime and shall not be equated to a criminal conviction. The fact that a person resolved a charge using the post-and-forfeit procedure may not be relied upon by any District of Columbia court or agency in a subsequent criminal, civil, or administrative proceeding or administrative action to impose any sanction, penalty, enhanced sentence, or civil disability."

In closing, let me speak plainly.

Consider the danger the pro-life movement is in - and therefore the babies are in - in government: abortion is no longer even in the top ten voter issues in America, even among many Christians. While other concerns dominate public attention - especially financial issues - the most vulnerable among us are killed quietly and efficiently. Meanwhile, the voting public - including people who say they are pro-life - has grown calloused to this holocaust.

History shows that every serious human rights movement required visible, sacrificial action that created moral clarity and social tension.

If we believe unborn children deserve protection and women deserve better than chemical abortion and abandonment, our actions must reflect that belief. Or said more directly: If we believe abortion is murder, we must act like it’s murder. We must respond with courage and sacrifice equal to this crime.

If we are honest, we can see that in the "post-Roe world," we are losing the battle. In my studied conviction, the ONLY way that will be turned around is by sacrificial and peaceful yet confrontational actions on behalf of those being slaughtered.

This is a heartfelt invitation...a plea for your time and presence; a call to join us on the frontlines for the babies...and a request for you to invite others to join us. It is a call to leaders who sense that this moment requires more than statements and slogans.

We will gather on the evening of January 21 at the Church of the Holy Comforter St. Cyprian for prayer and preparation, then gather at HHS the following morning at 8:45 A.M. See updates at www.RescueResurrection.com

If you can join us, whether on the sidewalk or in peaceful civil disobedience, please let us know. Email me here, or at randall@randallterry.com, or text me at 901-233-4755. I look forward to hearing from you, and working together in any way we can.

Please pray for courage, humility, and faithfulness, and for the babies we’re trying to rescue from death.

As you probably know, 17 of us were just arrested in Memphis for a rescue at Planned Parenthood. The participants were a wonderful cross section of Americans of all ages, backgrounds, and religions. It was incredible. This was the largest number of people arrested for the babies at one time in over 30 years.

This protest at HHS should be much larger! Help us make it so! I would LOVE to see 30 or 40 people arrested. THAT will get people's attention for babies and mothers in crisis.

The LifeSiteNews and Christian Post articles (links below) explain wonderfully what we are attempting to do for the babies...to end this holocaust once and for all. I ask you to read them, and join us in D.C.

In Christ, Your Fellow Servant for the Innocent,
